Fractional Silver Australia offers global shipping on all orders. We take great care in packaging your silver securely to ensure it arrives safely.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Australia: 3–7 business days
- New Zealand: 5–10 business days
- USA / Canada / UK: 10–18 business days
- Rest of World: 10–21 business days
All orders are dispatched with tracking. You will receive your tracking number by email once your order has been shipped.
Pre-Order Items
Some products are available for pre-order. Pre-order items are shipped as soon as they become available. Estimated release dates are displayed on each pre-order product page.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your FSA purchase. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it.
Eligibility
- Items must be in their original, undamaged condition
- We accept returns for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped
- Change-of-mind returns may be considered on a case-by-case basis

- We will respond within 1–2 business days with instructions
- Once we receive and inspect the return, a replacement or refund will be processed
